1 Day Circus Camp

Children will work on aerial and acrobatic skills while improving their strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance all while making new friends and circus memories!  

Focus is on CIRCUS FUN!

*Most skills taught will be from our Circus Starter & Level 1 programming.  If your child is in our LV 2 or LV 3 classes, when possible students will be challenged by sequencing skills together, improving & cleaning their technique, and/or learning variations on LV 1 skills to add difficulty.

Since The Rising is in the Sooke School District 62, we will offer Pro D Day camps on their selected dates.

Camp Activities Include:

• Aerial lessons -  aerial silk, hoop, hammock, &/or trapeze

• lessons in ground circus disciplines:  plate spinning, acrobatics, and/or juggling

• games, circus fort building, parachute, and/or slack line

• 1 snack and a lunch ( peanut-free please)

AGES:

• 6 - 11

• child must be 6 by camp date

Prerequisites: For the safety and enjoyment of our campers and coaches, all participants must be able to use the bathroom by themselves and follow directions, stay with the group, participate in all activities, and follow the school's safety rules.  If your child is unable to fully participate in camp or follow the circus school's rules their enrolment may be removed and an alternative may be offered if one is available.

COST:  $70 + tax

• if payment is not received in full your spot will be released automatically at midnight

CANCELATIONS:  

Email our office at admin@therisingcircus.com to notify us of your cancellation

• 5+ days notice from camp start date will receive a full refund

• 4 -1 days notice from camp start date a refund will be given minus a $25 fee

• no refund for cancellation occurring on day of camp

• If your child has any allergies, medications, etc for us to be aware of please remember to include this when creating your student's profile.
