2024 ONE TIME YEARLY REGISTRATION FEE REMINDER:

$30 for 1st student in a family

$25 for 2nd student in a family

$15 for any remaining students in a family

Our office will add the registration fee to your Rising account if this is your first time registering within the 2024 calendar year
If you have added your credit card to your account our office will process the yearly fee
If no credit card has been added we will send you a statement to complete payment.
* 2024 fee does not apply to drop in programs, workshops, camps

Teen Aerial ABC's

Ages 12-17yrs

Thursdays 4:00-5:00pm

July 4 - August 29

This 9-week course is your teen's first step in aerial circus training.

Beginner Students must complete this course before signing up for our other aerial classes.

Students will learn the foundations of aerial hammock, silk, hoop, and trapeze.

Develop your aerial knowledge, strength, and skill base with skills such as Mermaid, Man in the Moon, Catchers Lock, Russian Climb and more!

Fee: $216 +tax

aerial yoga

Ages 16+

Mondays 6:45 - 7:45pm

Drop-in between July 8 - August 26

Aerial yoga combines the movements of aerials with traditional yoga postures. The hammock is kept close to the ground and becomes a swing in which to support and stretch the body in mid-air. Some postures will become more accessible with the assistance of the hammock while others will become more challenging. This class is an excellent place to begin any aerial journey. Aerial yoga has particular benefits in strengthening and stretching the body, decompressing the spine, and lifting one's mood. Join today to elevate your yoga practice!

Fee: $30 +tax per drop-in or purchase a class card to save $$

Teen Mixed Aerials

Basics & novice

Ages 12-17 yrs

Tuesdays 4:00-5:00pm

5-Week session: July 2 - July 30

4-Week Session: August 6 - August 27

Our Mixed Aerials class is the best of all aerial worlds as students will receive lessons on a mix of aerial silk, hoop, hammock and/or trapeze.

This is a mixed levels class.

Fee: July $120 +tax

August $96 +tax

Prerequisites:

Aerial ABC's or equivalent

intermediate

Ages 12-17 yrs

Thursdays 5:15-6:15pm

4-Week Sessions: July 4 - July 25

minimum 2 yrs consistent training, prior experience in our teen intermediate classes or received approval from our office

Teen Flexibility

Beginner & Intermediate

Ages 13+

Tuesdays 6:30-7:30pm

5-Week Session: July 2- 2 July 30

4-Week Session: August 6 - August 27

Along with strength and endurance, flexibility is a key component to your circus training or for any sport you love. Learn progressive and level appropriate exercises with Coach Adgam to improve your range of motion in active and passive flexibility and help prevent injury.

No matter what level of flexibility you have this class will meet you where you are and support you on your quest to become more limber

**Improvement in flexibility is acquired through consistency and repetition

Take what you learn here and practice at home

Class meets once/week for 4 weeks

Prerequisites: none, overall good health
