All participants must sign a waiver or have parent/guardian sign waiver in advance to participate.

1. Reservations are confirmed with payment in full.  We cannot hold reservations without payment.  If you reserve a time slot online and fail to complete the check out process with payment your reservation will be removed by midnight that same day.


2. With minimum 3 weeks notice, we can reschedule your group without a charge. 


3. With less than 3 weeks notice there will be a $50 fee for rescheduling.  


4. Maximum group size must be confirmed at the time of booking to ensure adequate number of Cirque Instructors are scheduled.  No refunds if you end up with a smaller party than you booked. 

5. Cancellations with 3 weeks or less notice will receive a 50% refund


6.  Party will start and end on time.  Party cannot be bumped back if you arrive late for your party.  




1. Party Room will be available 10 minutes minimum prior to the start of your party


2. No use of circus space during party room time.


3. Please bring your own utensils, plates, cups, etc.  We provide: tables, chairs, table cloth


4. Fridge and small microwave available


5. Do not stick anything on walls or windows.  No hanging ornaments or pinatas allowed.


6. We will clean the party room, however, we ask you to place all garbage from your party in the garbage cans provided and do so within the  time slot you have booked.


  • We ask that you arrive for your party no more than 10 min prior to booking time.  We usually have classes or another party occurring and you will not be able to access the circus room or indoor tent room until 10 min prior.

  • 3 stalls reserved for The Rising customers directly in front of our unit.  Look for signage.  If taken, please park in communal parking lot in front of GESCAN and facing Langford Pkwy ( the first business you pass as you enter from Langford Pkwy).  Do not park in stalls reserved for other businesses.

  • Participants are not allowed in circus warehouse until instructor brings group into the gym.  Please wait in our large foyer area.

  • Only parents/family of birthday recipient allowed to stay in the facility during party.




  • long hair tied back

  • no jewelry of any kind

  • no zippers, metal fasteners on clothing that could damage the silk

  • bare feet only

  • fitted clothing, do not wear anything that could flip over your head or get tripped on, backs of knees and stomachs should be covered

  • workout wear, tights, tank tops, fitted t-shirts, leggings is fine

  • no shorts


  • We use the entire gym space during party so space to watch is minimal and there is no seating area in the circus room

  • Due to Covid-19 guidelines, only parents/family of birthday child allowed in the circus space during party

  • Feel free to take pictures/video

  • Due to the delicate nature of our foam padded flooring in warehouse, no wheelchairs or motorized carts of any kind are allowed on those floors.  Please remain in our large foyer area.

  • No shoes allowed in gym 

  • Only water bottles allowed in circus room.  Please keep all other food/drink in indoor circus tent room
