CIRCUS SCHOOL BIRTHDAY PARTY POLICIES

WAIVERS

All participants must sign a waiver or have parent/guardian sign waiver in advance to participate.

PAYMENT

Payment is made online or over the phone via our online portal with credit card or e-transfer
accepted forms of payment: credit card / etransfer to therisingcircus@gmail.com

BOOKING

1.Follow instructions on our party page for booking the standard or deluxe party package

2.Reservations are confirmed with payment in full. We cannot hold reservations without payment. If you reserve a time slot online and fail to complete the check out process with payment your reservation will be removed

CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULING / REFUNDS

1. If you need to reschedule your party booking, there will be an additional $50 +gst fee. New bookings subject to availablilty. The Rising cannot guarantee we will have an available time slot for you.

2. Party cancellations with 4 weeks notice will receive a full refund minus a $75 +gst fee. Notice must be given via email to admin@therisingcircus.com

3. No refunds for parties that are cancelled with less than 4 weeks notice

PARKING / ARRIVAL

Parties will be granted access to the studio 10 min prior to their party start time. Please do not arrive earlier as we will have classes and/or an earlier party booking enjoying the studios
3 stalls reserved for The Rising customers directly in front of our centre. Look for signage on building facade. If taken, please park in communal parking lot in front of GESCAN & Princess Auto. Do not park in stalls reserved for other businesses as they are open at this time and may ask you to move your car.
Please wait in our lobby area until a staff member brings your party group into the circus studio.
We encourage only the family of the birthday recipient to stay in the facility during the party and others to do drop off/pick up

WHAT TO WEAR

long hair tied back
no jewelry of any kind. Small hoop or stud earrings that cannot be removed will be accepted.
no zippers, metal fasteners on clothing that could damage the silk or dig into skin
bare feet recommended
fitted athletic clothing
no clothing that could flip over head
backs of knees and stomachs should be covered
no shorts or jeans or skirts

GYM ETIQUETTE

We use the entire gym space during party so space to watch is minimal. We ask adults to keep noise to a minimum so the participants can hear the coach instructions.
Feel free to take pictures/video
Due to the delicate nature of our foam padded flooring in warehouse, no wheelchairs or motorized carts of any kind are allowed on those floors. Please remain in our front area.
No shoes allowed in gym
Only water bottles allowed in Studio B circus room. All other food and drink must be kept in Studio A
