2024 ONE TIME YEARLY REGISTRATION FEE REMINDER:

$30 for 1st student in a family

$25 for 2nd student in a family

$15 for any remaining students in a family

Our office will add the registration fee to your Rising account if this is your first time registering within the 2024 calendar year
If you have added your credit card to your account our office will process the yearly fee
If no credit card has been added we will send you a statement to complete payment.
* 2024 fee does not apply to drop in programs, workshops, camps

Mini Cirque

Ages 4-5 yrs

Does your child love climbing, rolling, spinning, hanging?

This 45 min class is the perfect introduction into the magical world of circus !

Silk, hoop, trapeze, acrobatics, and ground circus skills

Focus is on FUN and IMAGINATION!

We are offering 4 week sessions- one in July and one in August. You can choose to register for just one 4 week session or both!

Cost: July $90 +tax per 5 week session

August $72 +tax per 4 week session

IMPORTANT INFO

Child must be able to participate and use washroom on their own.
Closed class setting. Parents who choose to wait during class must stay in waiting area outside of circus room
Family Viewing Day on first and last class of session

Prerequisites: none, must be able to participate without accompaniment and follow the coaches instruction

Youth Contortion

Ages 9-13

Tuesdays 5:15-6:15pm

5-Week Session July 2 - July 30

4-Week Session August 6 - August 27

Contortion is a performance art in which artists train their skills of extreme physical flexibility.

Learn progressive and level appropriate contortion exercises with Coach Adi to develop strength and proper technique for contortion. It is important to study under a coach to avoid injury. Coach Adi is a professional contortionist and graduate of the Nation's Circus School's Coaching program.

Prerequisites: Full front splits with straight legs, back bend with straight arms & legs, must be able to hold each for minimum 20 sec, above average flexibility

Cost: July $110 +tax

Circus Starter

Ages 6-11 yrs

Mondays 4:00-5:00pm

7-Week Session July 8 - August 26

*No Class Monday, August 5th

This class is your child's first step when they join The Rising. Once they complete Circus Starter they are ready to join Level 1 classes.

Students will learn aerial foundations on aerial Silk, Hammock, Hoop, and Trapeze. Plus ground circus skills like plate spinning and juggling

Fee: $168 +tax

Lion Tamers Lv 1

Ages 6-8 yrs

Wednesdays 4:45-5:45pm

5-Week Session July 3 - July 31

4-Week Session August 7 - August 28

This class is your child's second step when they join The Rising. Once they complete Circus Starter they are ready to join Level 1 classes.

Building on the aerial foundations students will progress at their own pace on aerial Silk, Hammock, Hoop, and Trapeze. Plus ground circus skills.

Generally, it takes up to 2 years of consistent training to move into Lv 2

Fee: July $120 +tax

August $96 +tax

Lion Tamers Lv 2

Ages 6-8 yrs

Tuesdays 4:00 - 5:00pm

5-Week Session July 2 - July 30

4-Week Session July 6 - August 27

Upon successful completion of Lion Tamers Lv 1 and coach approval students can move into Lv 2. Continuing to study the 4 main aerial apparatus students will learn higher level skills such as cross back straddle, knee drop, inversion skills, skill sequencing.

Fee: July $120 +tax

August $96 +tax

Prerequisites:

coach/school approval
80% of level 1 skills on all apparatus
Minimum 2 yrs consistent training
Strength: flexed arm hang 20 seconds, 5 straddle inversions, climb 3/4 to top of stretchy silk, ability to invert with good form on all 4 apparatus, 10 tuck leg lifts, single knee hangs 20 sec each leg, 5 skin the cats

RING MASTERS LV 1

Ages 9-11 yrs

Tuesdays 5:15 - 6:15pm

5-Week Session July 2 - July 30

4-Week Session August 6 - August 27

This class is your child's second step when they join The Rising. After completing Circus Starter your child can move into this class to further develop their circus skills.

Building on the aerial foundations students will progress at their own pace on aerial Silk, Hammock, Hoop, and Trapeze. Plus ground circus skills.

Generally, it takes up to 1-2 years of consistent training to move into Lv 2

Fee: July $120 +tax

RING MASTERS LV 2/3

Ages 9-11 yrs

Wednesdays 6:00 - 7:00

4-Week Session August 7 - August 28

Mixed levels class.

Continuing to study the 4 main aerial apparatus students will learn higher level skills such as hip keys, thigh hitch, inversion skills, skill sequencing, and foundaitonal drops.

Fee: August $96 +tax

Location: Studio A

Prerequisites:

coach/school approval
80% of level 1 skills on all apparatus
Minimum 2 yrs consistent training
