FLEXIBILITY- BEGINNER & INTERMEDIATE

Teens & Adults 12+

​Along with strength and endurance, flexibility is a key component to your circus training or for any sport you love.  Learn progressive and level appropriate exercises with Coach Adgam to improve your range of motion in active and passive flexibility and help prevent injury. No matter what level of flexibility you have this class will meet you where you are and support you on your quest to become more limber This class is mixed ages- teens & adults **Improvement in flexibility is acquired through consistency and repetition  Take what you learn here and practice at home Prerequisites: none, overall good health

YOUTH CONTORTION

ages 8-13

Tuesdays 5:15-6:15pm

Contortion is a performance art in which artists train their skills of extreme physical flexibility. Learn progressive and level appropriate contortion exercises with Coach Adi to develop strength and proper technique for contortion.  It is important to study under a coach to avoid injury.  Coach Adi is a professional contortionist and graduate of the Nation's Circus School's Coaching program. Prerequisites: ​Above average flexibility, full splits (at least one direction) and back bend with straight arms & legs, full pancake in straddle.

ADULT CONTORTION

Adults 18+
Mondays 5:25-6:25pm
