CIRCUS CAMP POLICIES

CANCELLATION: 

  • 14+ days from camp start date, a full refund will be given​

  • 7-13 days notice from camp start date a 50% refund will be given 

  • 3-6 days notice from camp start date and 25% refund will be given. 

  • No refund with less than 3 days notice

  • No refunds for missed days

FAMILY DISCOUNT: 10% sibling Discount.  Enter promo code listed on camp webpage

 

WHAT TO BRING AND WEAR

  • water bottle

  • Long Hair tied back

  • form-fitting athletic wear (similar to gymnastics or dance attire) eg. tank tops, body suits, tshirts that can be tucked in, leggings, sweat pants

  • Clothing must stay secure and not flip over the head

  • bare feet (unless child has communicable skin condition)

  • SOCKS ON WEDNESDAYS for Playzone

  • 2 snacks & Lunch ( peanut free please)

WHAT NOT TO WEAR

  • no metal or plastic hair bands

  • No jewelry (small studs or smooth hoops that cannot be removed are okay; "forever" jewelry must be taped over at home)

  • No zippers or metal fasteners on clothing

  • No shorts — backs of knees should be covered

  • No crop tops — midriffs must be covered

  • No dresses, skirts, or jeans

  • No clothing that can flip over head and obstruct vision

  • avoid flip flops.  Good walking shoes encouraged.  

PICK UP / DROP OFF 

  • Please do not drop off child more than 5 min early or pick up child more than 10 min late.  Continual late pick up will result in being charged our late pickup fee $10+gst for every 15min increment.  Front doors will remain locked until 9:25am

  • 3 parking stalls directly in front of The Rising.  If taken, please park in communal parking lot in front of GESCAN (first business you pass as you enter from Langford Pkwy).  Do not park in stalls reserved for other businesses

  • Please refrain from bringing your child to camp if they are sick

  • Staff will supervise children leaving the building

  • Place belongings in cubbies

  • Please email director@therisingcircus.com or let staff know in person if another person besides the parent is going to be picking up child

CAMP SAFETY AND PREREQUISITES

  • for the safety of our campers and coaches and to ensure all who attend have an enjoyable experience, all children must be able to follow The Rising Circus' rules/ gym etiquette and be able to participate without continual disruption to the camp.   If we feel your child is struggling in this area we may recommend a withdrawal and opportunity to return when they are better equipped to participate in our circus camp.
