Each week we will focus on a new element, working from the ground up, starting with earth, water, fire, air and space! No previous knowledge of yoga or movement required

This is a slow practice that combines the breath with the movement
It is meditative and you will leave feeling loose and blissful!
Bring your own mat and wear comfortable clothing in layers
