All participants in our:

• circus parties

• circus sampler classes

• special groups

must sign our waiver prior to participating in our programs.  If a minor, waiver must be signed by legal guardian.

You can either download the waiver, print and complete, and email it back to the office at  therisingcircus@gmail.com or

print the waiver and bring it with you to the circus school.
