YOUTH FLEXIBILITY- BEGINNER AGE 9-13

Along with strength and endurance, flexibility is a key component to your child's circus training or for any sport they love.  Learn progressive and level appropriate exercises with Coach Adi to improve range of motion, work towards achieving or improving splits and back bends, active flexibility, and help prevent injury.

**Improvement in flexibility is acquired through consistency and repetition 3x's or more/week

Take what you learn here and practice at home

YOUTH CONTORTION- ages 9-15

Contortion is a performance art in which artists train their skills of extreme physical flexibility.

Learn progressive and level appropriate contortion exercises with Coach Adi to develop strength and proper technique for contortion.  It is important to study under a coach to avoid injury 

Prerequisites: Full front splits with straight legs, back bend with straight arms & legs, must be able to hold each for minimum 20 sec,  above average flexibility

TEEN & ADULT FLEXIBILITY-BEGINNER / INTERMEDIATE
age 14+

No matter what level of flexibility you have this class will meet you where you are and support you on your quest to become more limber

Prerequisites: none, overall good health

TEEN & ADULT FLEXIBILITY- ADVANCED AGE 14+

If you have your splits in at least 1 direction and a strong backbend then this class is for you.  Coach Adi will prepare your body for more advanced flexibility using passive and active techniques.  Making sure the body has the strength to support more extreme ROM.  Students will do lying down, seated, and standing exercises.

**Improvement in flexibility is acquired through consistency and repetition 3x's or more/week

Take what you learn here and practice at home or at open training drop in

Prerequisites: splits in at least 1 direction, back bend with straight arms and legs, hold for 20 sec minimum

Wednesdays 7:45-8:45 pm
