CIRKIDS NITE IN INFORMATION

REGISTRATION / CANCELLATION

• please ensure that the movie we will be showing will be appropriate for your child's age and development​

• Create or log onto your Rising account

• Make sure you have signed our online waiver

• Add student if a new account

• Click on WORKSHOPS and EVENTS 2023 calendar

• Click on Circus Nite In class and enroll child

• Complete checkout process.  Your spot will not be held without payment in full.  All payment done online

• No Refunds if cancellation is within less than 48 hours of event

• Full refund if minimum 48 hrs notice given.  To request cancellation and refund email- admin@therisingcircus.com

WHAT TO BRING AND WEAR

• water bottle 

• snack ( peanut free please ).  The Rising will provide popcorn during movie.

• hair tied back with elastic.  Avoid metal clips

• no jewelry, zippers, metal fasteners on clothing

• athletic wear okay

• no clothing that can flip over head and obstruct vision

• one stuffed animal allowed

• please remove shoes upon entering and place on shoe rack.  Other belongings place in cubbies.

PICK UP / DROP OFF

• ​Please do not arrive more than 5 min early 

• 3 parking stalls directly in front of The Rising.  If taken, please park in communal parking lot in front of GESCAN (first business you pass as you enter from Langford Pkwy).  Do not park in stalls reserved for other businesses.

• Ensure that a staff member has greeted you and your child when you arrive for drop off or leave for pick up

• All children must remain in front foyer area until instructors take them to the circus warehouse

• Snacks and personal belongings placed in cubbies

• Please email admin@therisingcircus.com or let staff know when you drop off if another person besides the parent is going to be picking up child or if you are picking up child early
