This class is designed to build the strength and technique for a strong foundation to eventually accomplish some of the better-known tricks such as roll ups, split balances and meat hooks.
The class includes a warm up, strength training, specific technique and stretching.
Students will learn at their own pace and level.
Aerial straps training is one of the most physically strenuous aerial disciplines to study and perform. Patience is required to safely and slowly build a vocabulary on this apparatus and often many months of work are necessary to achieve a single trick.
