This course is your first step in aerial circus training. You will learn the foundations such as how to mount and dismount, proper hanging alignment, basic skills while sitting / standing / hanging / inverting. 2-3 classes each on Silk, Hoop, Hammock, and Trapeze Once you complete the course you can then move into our Basics level classes and specialize on the apparatus of your choosing.

Do you want to imporve your aerial strength? This weekly conditiong class works on strengthening your climbs, inversions, and endurance in the air by performing a variety of exercises on and off the apparatus. BASICS: So you've decided to specialize on aerial hoop and want to solidify your foundational skills! This class will cover all you need to know from mounts and dismounts, hangs, inverting, poses, and building your spin tolerance. Prerequisites: Adult Aerial ABC's NOVICE: Take your aerial hoop a step further in our Novice class now that you've got a solid foundation. Work below, inside and on top of the hoop as you finesse your transitions. Prerequisites: Aerial Hoop Basics or equivalent. Solid grasp of basics. Able to mount/dismount hoop with ease. Knee Hang 20 sec. Able to work on all levels of hoop- under hoop, inside hoop, on top of hoop. Flexed arm hang 15 sec, able to hold your inversion * this is a mixed levels class

Advanced Aerial Hoop requires a strong upper body and core, plus good flexibility to continue progressing and help remain safe off the ground. We strongly encourage our students to make use of Open Training Drop In to do muscle conditioning, stretch and review skills learned in class. Prerequisites: Intermediate Hoop or equivalent, minimum 2 years consistent training, 1 arm hang 15 sec, 30 second single knee hang, 2 full chin ups, 1 full leg lift, 5 skin the cats, comfortable with fast spin and release skills

BASICS: Aerial Hammock ( sometimes called Aerial Sling) is an apparatus similar to aerial silk but is rigged to create a loop in the bottom giving you a shelf to sit or stand on. This course will solidify your foundational knowledge of the apparatus to give you the skills to attempt higher level skills with inversions or a drop or more complicated wraps. *This is a split level class with Novice. NOVICE: Taking your basic Hammock skills up a notch explore skills, hangs, spins, and sequences plus the introduction of simple drops or saltos. Gain strength, flexibility, and coordination to build your skill repertoire. Prerequisites: Aerial ABC's or equivalent

This level will build your aerial strength on stretchy silk to be able to climb to the top in various ways , invert in the air, and make your footlocks off the ground. You'll also learn fun poses and sequences and some beginner drops once you're ready. Prerequisites: Silk Basics or equivalent. Solid grasp of how to climb and make your footlocks in the air, classic/russian climb to the top of stretchy silk, flexed arm hang 20 seconds, ability to properly invert in the air and hold position, russian hip key, knee drop, same side knee hook

Advanced silk class working with full height of 20 ft on stretchy silk. Students work on increased vocabulary, drops with slack/rolls/twists/releases, longer sequences Aerial silk requires a strong upper body and core, plus good flexibility to continue progressing and help remain safe off the ground. We strongly encourage our students to make use of Open Training Drop In to do muscle conditioning, stretch and review skills learned in class Prerequisites: Silk Intermediate or equivalent, minimum 2 years consistent training, climb 3x's to top without rest, 45 sec flexed arm hang, full split 1 direction, pike with hands passing feet, bridge with straight arms, able to complete routines 4 min long, straight leg inversions, must be able to demonstrate a solid grasp of at least 5 different drops with good technique, hip key, thigh hitch

Not your typical climbing rope! This vertical apparatus is covered in a strong cotton sheath and even has a bit of bounce to it. Learn beginner-advanced level skills, drops, saltos, and gain strength while climbing and wrapping. Prerequisites: must eb able to hold body ewight off the ground and climb the rope. Comfortable working with height. Aerial ABC's or equivalent
